Since 1974, IMCOR has been one of Arizona’s first and largest mechanical subcontractors, specializing in Design/Build, Industrial HVAC, Process Piping & Plumbing Systems, Service Maintenance and Special Facility Projects. Our diverse experience encompasses all facets of the commercial construction realm – healthcare, data center, municipal, transportation, high rise, hotel/convention centers, sport and performing arts venues. In addition, our Facilities Service and Maintenance Department provides customized services to meet our customers’ ongoing needs, specializing in high-priority scheduled shutdown projects within clean rooms, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and boiler additions or replacements.
