Housing Development Corporation

The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is a nonprofit real estate company that specializes in revitalizing neighborhoods through acquisition, development and management of affordable and workforce housing. HDC seeks public and private partners to create new and to renovate existing, multi-family and single-family homes and housing developments with state of the art amenities where seniors and families are comfortably housed, children have stable school attendance and neighborhoods can be rejuvenated. HDC also provides consultant services for housing authorities and other affordable and workforce housing developers.
