Harcum College

Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, PA is one of the nation's leading associate degree granting, independent colleges. It was the first institution in Pennsylvania to award the Associate in Arts and Associate in Science degrees. Founded in 1915 by Edith Hatcher Harcum as a music school with curricula embracing multiple disciplines, as the "College of Possibilities"​ Harcum strives to help every student discover and nurture those skills that open up life's possibilities, and provides a rich array of career choices. Today, Harcum offers over 20 degree and certificate programs and is known throughout the U.S. as a fully-accredited provider of health care career education. Harcum also offers degree programs in business, human services, criminal justice, legal studies, fashion and interior design and education, with the same range of programs and the residential, co-educational campus experience offered by four-year institutions, in two years.
