Guardian Angels Senior Services is a faith-based, nonprofit organization which provides innovative health, housing and supportive services for seniors and their families in the Northwest metropolitan area. Guardian Angels Corporate Headquarters is based in Elk River, MN and has senior services in Albertville, Otsego, Becker, Monticello, Zimmerman and Elk River. Guardian Angels serves over 3,000 seniors annually through long-term care, transitional care, assisted living, memory care, independent senior housing, adult day, home care and hospice and wellness center. The mission of Guardian Angels is to provide exceptional healthcare, housing and supportive services to seniors and their families in the spirit of Christ's love.
