Grimaldi Industri AB is a holding company. Within the Group there are a number of well-known brands and technology-intensive companies. The range is wide and includes everything from well-known consumer products to technological innovations in the manufacturing industry. Companies within the group include Cycleurope, the Nordics' leading manufacturer of bicycles with well-known brands such as Crescent, Monark, DBS, Kildemoes, Tec and Spectra; another producer of bicycles, Bianchi, the Italian brand famous worldwide; Monark Exercise manufactures high quality exercise- and test bikes for professional and medical use; instead in the industrial sector, Grimaldis Mekaniska Verkstad, subcontractor to the manufacturing industry; and finally Grimaldi Development, an engineering and research company with unique competences in disc stack and centrifugal separation. Grimaldi Industri has around 600 employees world-wide and a turnover of 220 MEUR. The Group is fully owned by Salvatore Grimaldi.
