Gilman Cheese has been deep rooted in central Wisconsin since 1948. We specialize in premium quality, shelf-stable, processed cheese that is as close to natural as possible with all the benefits of being processed. We only use premium natural cheese, with no added oils or fillers. Our primary industries include the gift pack, retail and airline industries, where we work to provide them a variety of shapes, sizes and flavor profiles. Our high quality, 98% natural product is shelf-stable for up to twelve months without any need for refrigeration. From 0.75oz planks to 42lb bricks, we have a product that can meet any of your needs. We also make a refrigerated product if that better suits your needs.
