Gezer Footwear entered to the sector by producing wooden slippers and heels in a small workhouse located in Istanbul Gaziosmanpasa in 1968. Increasing production capacity and larger plant, as well as more machine requirements in following years have been the driving force for establishment of current modern facility of Gezer Footwear. Being the leading shoe manufacturer of Europe with its capacity to produce 100 million pairs of shoes in its 100.000 m² indoor area with the help of 2.500 employees, Gezer has been the first at its sector for having ISO 7001 quality assurance system and ISO 27001 information security system certification, thus Gezer applying concept of quality on every process of the production Gezer Footwear offers Ziley brand for low income level with a quality but affordable prices policy as well as Loris and Finley brands for youth groups at medium and high socio-economical level with smart, authentic and free designs to the tastes of its consumers in addition to its long-established brand of Gezer. Gezer Footwear has been manufacturing PU, PVC, EVA and AIRBLOW based slippers, shoes and boots at its three different factories.
