Futura Automation is an expert robotics and automation consultant on productivity solutions for North American manufacturers and robot integrators. Futura Automation builds and supports a series of automation solutions called FAR Simple Solutions including machine tending partnered with a Fanuc CRX10 cobot, Ready Robotics, Weintek and Versabuilt, which is on display at our facility in SoCal. Simple Solutions are also available for palletizing, pick-and-place, assembly, finishing and inspection with Cognex Dataman, Pleora Technologies and Omron Microscan vision. We are a stocking partner for robot agnostic and no-code READY Robotics programming solutions. We can program almost every major brand of robot using a single flow-chart programming solution. We also support all the robot cell peripheral I/O and logic for conveying, dispensing, welding, machine vision, and most other I/O required, so we consolidate the PLC requirement, as well. We provide expert service and support on our Flexfactory line of robotic flexible feeder systems with Cognex machine vision, Pleora Technologies AI vision software and our own CellMate wireless VPN router for remotely servicing and monitoring automated equipment, RSP cable management and tool changers, OMiL gripping, clamping and holding tools, OnRobot robot grippers, finishing and assembly tools, QuikJig custom 3D printed work-holding and product prototypes, TPL Vision LED based lighting solutions for machine vision: bar, dome, flat array, custom designs, Advantech industrial computers and remote I/O, Weintek HMIs, machine monitoring and IOT. We support material handling requirements for automated solutions with Titan Conveyors, customized industrial conveyors: hinged steel belt, powered roller, slider belt, wire mesh, cleated and QC Conveyors for standard belt conveyors. We offer Gate Technologies / CDS for cam driven index conveyors and Glide-Line for pallet conveyors.
