FDC Misamis Power Corporation (FDC Misamis) is a special purpose company established to undertake the development and operation of the 3 x 135 MW circulating fluidized bed coal fired thermal power plant in the PHIVIDEC Industrial Estate, in Villanueva, Misamis Oriental. Registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in November 2009, FDC Misamis (formerly Green Renewable Power Holdings, Inc. then Strong Field Energy Corporation) is a wholly owned subsidiary of FDC Utilities, Inc. (FDCUI), which is the utilities and infrastructure arm of the Filinvest Development Corporation (FDC).
