Facility Strategies Group, LLC (FSG) is an industry leader in providing support to state and local governments, federal agencies, school districts, and multifamily housing owners and agencies as they incorporate energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability into their facility decisions and business processes. FSG provides inspections, analysis, and engineering design to support energy retrofit project development, including energy strategic planning and energy management. We specialize in energy and sustainability audits and assessments, renewable energy finance and performance contracting, strategic energy and sustainability planning, energy modeling, commissioning and savings verification. At each stage of an energy project, from initial planning and project development to engineering and finance, FSG provides the required decision analysis and to ensure a project’s success. FSG is a small business, limited liability company established in 2003 and based in Fort Mill, South Carolina. We have 13 engineers and consultants and administrative support. Our staff offices are located in New York, Georgia, and South Carolina.
