Mr Suresh Turakhia started with the realty sector in 1988 with their first project that was a residential complex in Kandivali and later in 1994 Eskay Elevators was established. Eskay strived in its pursuit of delivering quality products and maximizing customer satisfaction in every possible way. With a hi-tech3-acre layout and manufacturing facility with a capacity of 1000 elevators, just on the outskirts of Mumbai, they are ideally located at Vasai Wada, Thane. Simultaneously in 1994-95, Eskay Group came up with Eskay Resorts Pvt. Ltd, making them proud owners of the largest glass pyramid in Asia-Pacific with 75'​ central height and 120'​ diagonal height in Asia-Pacific.. Eskay Resort is a 7.5 acre resort in the heart of Mumbai in Borivali .With a turnover of less than 5 crore in 2001, the company is now aiming for a turnover of 350 crores comprising all the three sectors. Right from facing challenges like competing with the pre-existing international brands to fulfilling their dream to create a landmark, Eskay has come a long way.
