Erasmus UPT

Erasmus UPT is a research and education institute based at Erasmus University Rotterdam. At the core of Erasmus UPT’s business are three themes: Urban and Regional Economics, Port Economics and Transport Economics. Erasmus UPT’s staff of experts has extensive (international) experience in ‘making science work’. Erasmus UPT’s mission is to deliver practical research solutions grounded in science. More specifically, its goal is to provide government and industry with cutting-edge knowledge, international best practice advise and workable policy recommendations. Our research serves as input for vision building, decision support and economic evaluation for clients in both the public and private sector. Our mission is also translated in our courses, which include short courses, Bachelor (BSc), Master (MSc) and post-experience programs. Through its courses, Erasmus UPT aims to offer its students excellent education on Urban, Port and Transport Economics.
