Equity Real Estate was founded in Midvale UT in 2002 by Brady Long. The business model that Brady created allowed the company to deliver excellent services and tools to the Realtors in a more efficient, more effective, and therefore more affordable manner. By creating this business model Equity has flourished by allowing our Realtors the flexibility to control their business costs while giving the consumer excellent service. In September of 2009, Todd Schuster brought the Equity Business Model to Denver, Colorado, yielding 200 Real Estate Agents in under three years.  Today, Equity Colorado is rooted along the Front Range and maintains its reputation as one of the larger Real Estate brokerages in Colorado.   With its success in Colorado, Equity has expanded to six additional states including Arizona, Florida, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas making it the 19th largest Real Estate Brokerage in the United States.   Aside from extraordinary Real Estate services, Equity Real Estate fulfills its name by donating a portion of its gross income to charities such as The Road Home, His Hands For Guatemala, His Hands For Haiti, Unicef, CASA and many more.   With a tight-knit team and a shared vision for success, Equity continues to expand across the nation, creating one-of-a-kind relationships between brokers, agents, clients communities and the world.
