EÜAŞ, (Elektrik Üretim Anonim Şirketi)

Türkiye Electricity Generation-Transmission Corporation (TEAŞ) General Directorate was decided to be organized as three separate corporations under the titles of Electricity Generation Corporation (EÜAŞ), Türkiye Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEİAŞ), and Türkiye Electricity Trade and Contracting A.Ş. (TETAŞ) with the decision of the Council of Ministers dated 05.02.2001 and numbered 2001/2026 published in the Official Gazette dated 02.03.2001 and numbered 24334. The main status of our company EÜAŞ published in the Official Gazette dated 29.06.2001 and numbered 24447 and entered into force. Our Main Status was renewed in 2006, and changes were made in 2010, 2012 and 2020. The capital of Electricity Generation Corporation is 19.414,000,000 TL.
