Danawares is a Montreal-based company in business for over 50 years, developing, distributing, and bringing to market an extraordinary range of children's toys, room decor products, seasonal items and pet products. Our business is 2 pronged. We have a number of Merchandise Licensing Agreements under which we conceptualize, design and create new product and bring it to market. We also act as distributors for a number of companies who recognize our unique and advantageous positioning within Canada. Since we are well positioned in the Canadian market, we also distribute licensed, patented or otherwise protected products.
