CLL - Service & Solutions

The core attributes that CLL aims to deliver to their clients are “service and solutions”, based around an ethos of professionalism and value. We aim to make our clients life simple by sharing our knowledge of construction systems and maintaining high standards of quality, communication and HSE performance. Underpinning our “service and solutions” ethos is a tight management team and a group of approximately 25 seasoned and very experienced foremen and site managers, most of whom have been with CLL for more than 10 years. Within this very tight and committed group there is a range of experience that means we are confident in taking on all construction challenges in our areas of specialist expertise. CLL are based in Auckland and work throughout New Zealand. In total we employ approximately 250 people with a wide range of professional and trade skills, the breadth of which includes engineers, project managers, estimators, piling technicians, carpenters, mechanics, formwork specialists, welders, drainlayers and landscapers. As required, we can also add to our team with long-standing and proven network of subcontractors.
