For over four decades, Centre for Catalyzing Change (C3) has worked to ensure that every girl and woman in India can live with agency, confidence, choice, and dignity. We work in 13 states, catalyzing change across education, health, leadership, and gender norms, proving that connected progress lasts. From mainstreaming conversations on Respectful Maternity Care in 1990s to shaping life-skills education in schools to over 2 decades of mentoring women leaders at the grassroots, C3’s story is one of evolution and endurance. We’ve grown with India, learning from every region, every community, and every partner. And as the world changes, so do we. Connecting evidence, empathy, and innovation to systems that sustain change.
