Café Momentum

Café Momentum is an award-winning nonprofit restaurant and workforce development program expanding across the country that equips youth exiting the juvenile justice system with life skills, education and employment. What began as a single restaurant in Dallas has grown into a nationally recognized approach to youth justice, with locations in Atlanta, Pittsburgh and soon, Denver. Each year, tens of thousands of young people leave the juvenile justice system without a clear path forward. Café Momentum exists to change that by providing a structured, 12-month paid internship that combines real-world job experience, education support and individualized case management. As we continue to expand nationally, our focus remains clear: to build consistent pathways that allow more young people to achieve their full potential.
