Beijing University of Chemical Technology

BUCT was founded in 1958 and is one of China's key institutions of higher learning and a member university of Project 211. The university consists of 10 schools: Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Information Science and Technology, Economic Management, Science, Humanities and Law, Life Science and Technology, Further Education, and Vocational Education. BUCT employs more 1800 staff members, including 7 academicians and over 600 full and associate professors. Around 12000 students are currently enrolled at BUCT including more than 5000 for Master's or Doctoral degrees. BUCT offers 5 postdoctoral programs, 27 Ph.D. specialties, 50 master programs and 42 bachelor program specialities.
