Bank of Commerce (BankCom) is one of the country’s progressive banks with a universal banking license from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) subject to regulatory requirements. The Bank has been operating since 1963 and traces its origins to the Overseas Bank of Manila with headquarters in Binondo, Manila. In 2008, Bank of Commerce became an affiliate of San Miguel Corporation and introduced its new logo bearing the SMC escudo.
