The Romanian Association for Health Promotion

In the beginning, the organization's activity focused on health research and campaigns to promote health among the population. Since 2007, the association has developed and the projects have expanded to other areas – education, migration and social. These aspects have led to the increase in project implementation and financial management capacities. The areas of expertise have diversified over time and include. These areas now include: research, technical assistance, consultancy, information-communication, project management and training. In 2012, the Center for Research and Documentation in the Field of Immigrant Integration (www.cdcdi.ro) was established within RAHP, in which migration projects are carried out. In 2015, together with other organizations, ARPS founded RoHealth – the Health Cluster (www.rohealth.ro) which aims to generate competitiveness and innovation in the health field through research and to promote cooperation between companies, organizations, universities and public entities at the national level.
