Aman Sweaters ltd. in Rajfulbariya, Savar is the first unit of Aman Knittings Ltd. to start its business journey and today in 2013 by the grace of Almighty Aman Knittings Ltd. has six compliant factory units and one woven unit. At present Aman Knittings Ltd. is running its operations with more than 2000 knitting machines to serve the worldwide clientele to meet their quality demands The top management of AKL is committed in development and implementation of QMS (Quality Management System) and continually improving its effectiveness by:- • Meeting all the customer needs and application of statuary and regulatory requirement where applicable. • Implementing the quality policy and quality objective. • Conducting regular management review meeting. • Provision of required resources. The top management has ensured that in implementing the quality management system the integrity of the Q.M.S is maintained and also the processes are identified, criteria defined, resources are provided where necessary for the monitoring of the process. The basic stages of Q.M.S are as follows: • Quality Policy • Quality Objectives • Results of internal audits • Customer complaint and suggestion • Product performances • Status of corrective and preventive actions if any • Changes in quality management systems • Any recommendation for improvement in quality management system • Follow up of any previous management review meeting.
